If your new purchase doesn't work out...
TackleAndLures.com understands that sometimes you may need to return products that have been purchased at our store. The following is a guideline to help ease the normally painful process of returning items.
Returns
We will accept return of misshipped and damaged products that have not been used. They need to be returned to us no later then one week after delivery to you. TackleAndLures.com cannot be held responsible for damaged product after it has been used. Please inspect all products on arrival. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible. A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders returned unless merchandise is defective or was erroneously shipped by fault of TackleAndLures.com. Any authorized returns must be shipped back to TackleandLures.com in new condition. If goods are not returned in good condition or without authorization, they may be disallowed or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
