I bought two of these poles for non-fishing purposes. The quality is just OK. The ends of each section was a bit sharp and roughly finished (they were easily cleaned up with a bit of sandpaper). They are a bit heavy, but for the price not unreasonably so. The tips are quite flexible. A great price for a telescopic pole that goes out to 20 feet.
